Ingredients:

Suggested Use:

Mix 1 tablespoon (5g) with 160cc of water or your favorite juice. Do not take with hot liquids since heat will neutralise the active enzymes. Best taken on an empty stomach (20 minutes before or 2 hours after a main meal).
